Dervla Mulcahy
Dervla is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Practice’s Probate Department. She advises clients across a range of areas including Wills and Trusts, Succession Planning, Capital Taxes and the Administration of Estates both contentious and non-contentious as well as the associated property law issues pertaining to the administration of estates. She also advises in relation to the creation of and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. Dervla has completed the Diploma in Trust & Estate Planning with the Law Society of Ireland and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Dervla also has many years’ experience in acting for individuals and for companies in relation to property transactions, including residential and commercial property sales and purchasers as well as acting for Landlord clients and for Tenant clients in relation to commercial leases.
