Paul Lett
Paul is a Senior Associate Solicitor with the Practice leading the Property Department. He joined Denis McSweeney Solicitors in 2017 and has over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession.
Paul has a wealth of experience in Property Law both residential and commercial and has acted for property developers on the acquisition and financing of lands and setting up of schemes for mixed use multi tenanted developments. Paul acts for clients in loan restructuring and asset disposal with lending institutions along with advising landlords and tenants of industrial units, offices and retail units, including the drafting of occupational leases, advising on rent reviews, repair covenants and statutory rights.
