Sinead O’Boyle
Sinead is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our litigation team.
As a general litigator, Sinead has handled a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, with particular emphasis on commercial disputes. Sinead’s client base includes both corporate and private clients and has extensive expertise in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitrations. Sinead also has extensive experience of litigating disputes at District, Circuit and High Court level and has particular experience of commercial court disputes having spent many years as a lawyer with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with one of Dublin’s largest law firms.
Sinead also advises in relation to personal injury cases, professional negligence and construction disputes.
Sinead is a CEDR accredited mediator and has completed the Advanced Diploma in Corporate White Collar and Regulatory Crime (Kings Inn).
