New Head of Litigation - Sinead O’Boyle

We are thrilled to announce that Sinead O' Boyle has been appointed as Head of Litigation at Denis McSweeney Solicitors LLP.

Sinead has been a cornerstone of our Litigation team for several years and this appointment is a richly deserved recognition of her talent, dedication and the exceptional service she has consistently delivered to our clients.

Sinead is a CEDR accredited mediator and experienced commercial litigator whose practice spans commercial court disputes, contractual and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, investment fraud and landlord and tenant matters — practising at District, Circuit and High Court level.

She joins Eimear Grealy (Head of Corporate) and Paul Lett (Head of Property) in leading our key departments, under the overall guidance of our partners Denis McSweeney and Niamh Kennedy.
