Expert Hardware Sale

We are pleased to announce that our firm acted for the sellers of Expert Hardware Limited in connection with the successful sale of the company to United Hardware DAC, which trades under the well-known Homevalue brand.

‍The transaction represents a significant development in the Irish hardware and home improvement sector, further strengthening United Hardware’s national footprint and retail network.

Completion of the transaction was subject to regulatory approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, which was obtained, allowing the deal to close.
